Lecture course
"The main issues of the theory of justice"

This course is in many ways similar to an introductory course in political theory. But it has a number of features. In particular, issues such as the theory of just contract or the justice of judicial procedures are usually considered not by political philosophers, but by lawyers. Thus, this course proposes to unite the efforts of political scientists and lawyers, as well as moral philosophers, and shows that they all, in fact, ask one question: HOW SHOULD SOCIAL RELATIONS BE REGULATED?
